Domicile Certificate Acquisition
The Domicile Certificate is an essential government-issued document that verifies permanent residency in Sargodha District. It is required for educational admissions, government job applications, and various administrative purposes throughout Pakistan. The certificate confirms that the holder is a permanent resident of Sargodha District and is eligible for provincial quota benefits in educational institutions and government employment.
Required Documents
- Original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with photocopy
- Form B (Family Registration Certificate) for minors or as supporting document
- Recent utility bill (electricity/gas/water) as proof of residence
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Father's CNIC copy (for applicants under 18)

Learner Driving License
The Learner Driving License (LDL) is the first step toward obtaining a permanent driving license in Punjab. Applicants must hold the LDL for a minimum of 42 days before applying for the permanent license test at the District Regional Transport Authority (DRTA) office. The LDL permits supervised driving practice on public roads under the guidance of a licensed driver.
